Dreams are a conversation in Energy

Dreaming and awakening cycles are constant and cyclical, whether asleep or awake. The symbols in these cycles represent the authentic feelings and energies of the dreamer and are experienced in non-linear time. Understanding and communicating these symbols with others can help expand one's consciousness and share growth with the surrounding culture.

The cycles of dreaming and awakening are as constant as they are cyclical.

Have you ever noticed when a daydream takes you away from some work or study?

Have you ever felt that stretching silence when sleep alludes to you?

Did you know the average REM cycle, where your sleeping mind activates, and your eyes dart around, lasts about 10 minutes on average?

Have you ever noticed that the average attention span is around 10 minutes before a break is needed?

These dreams are conversations between you and your unconscious mind, telling you how your awareness has changed from one state to another. The symbols in these dreams are your authentic feelings and energies, made manifest into a simple symbol, and experienced in non-linear time.

Have you ever noticed some dreams can be challenging to explain as if the words no longer mean the same thing once you're awake? Where your experience of that symbol suddenly takes on a more complex meaning than the dictionary definition? What if you could understand not only the new complexity of these symbols but share this complex new understanding with others in a meaningful way?

Dreams are a conversation with other, more profound, aspects of ourselves. As we learn to converse in this energy and make allies of these parts of our awareness, we can grow our consciousness exponentially. We can hold space for others to have authentic conversations about their aspects of self and share this growth with the cultures we are connected to.
