Strengthening Intuition: Trust the Lists

This exercise is to strengthen your ability to sense your intuition.

 

Using pen and paper or word processor:

Ask yourself a question you don't know the answer to. Any question. 

Free write a list of answers, and don't stop until you get to at least 10.

When done, underline the answers that stand out to you in some way, in memories they invoke or sensations you feel in emotions or body.

 

Go about the rest of the day looking for experiences that bring up the same feeling from your underlined answer.

 

At the end of the day, or the next morning, make a note at the bottom of the page what kind of experiences you had while paying attention to that underlined answer's energy.
